Day 2 – Montezuma Castle, Sedona
See Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain and giant Saguaro Cacti on your morning sightseeing. Drive north to visit Montezuma Castle, site of 12th and 13th century cliff dwellings. The state of Arizona has been inhabited for at least 15,000 years. Fifteen different Native American tribes live on reservations within Arizona. Continue to the artist colony of Sedona, surrounded by magnificent red rock formations and voted the most beautiful place in America. Some people believe that certain areas in Sedona have strong energy forces. These areas are known as vortexes and are believed to revitalize you. Photostop at beautiful Bell Rock, a well-known vortex. Enjoy a leisurely visit to Sedona, with its outstanding collection of galleries, shops and restaurants. Continue on a scenic drive of the red rock formations surrounding Sedona. Arrive at your Sedona hotel. Enjoy dinner tonight. BD (Breafast & Dinner)

Day 3 – Flagstaff, Grand Canyon
This morning wind through Oak Creek Canyon en route to Flagstaff to visit the Indian Museum of Northern Arizona. Then, arrive early afternoon at the Grand Canyon. Your lodge is in the Grand Canyon National Park, near the South Rim. The Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, follows the course of the Colorado River. It varies from one to eighteen miles in width and is almost 280 miles long. Your afternoon is free for exploration. Take the free shuttle to the West Rim lookouts. Enjoy breathtaking Grand Canyon vistas. B (Breakfast)

Day 4 – Grand Canyon, Lake Powell

Next, continue to visit a Navajo and Hopi Trading Post. Here, you will find a large selection of high quality Hopi and Kachina dolls and fine Native American jewelry and handicrafts. Next, drive over the Glen Canyon Dam to 185 mile long Lake Powell. Arrive at Lake Powell Resort, formerly known as Wahweap Lodge, on the shores of Lake Powell. The Valley was the backdrop for Western classics, such as “The Searchers,” “Stagecoach,” and “Once Upon a Time in the West.” This is John Wayne country. John Ford, the filmmaker, discovered the rugged beauty of Monument Valley in the 1940’s. Visit Ford Point where you will recognize movie backdrops. Many westerns were filmed here, with such Hollywood legends as Maureen O’Hara, John Wayne, Henry Fonda, and James Stewart. Lunch at Gouldings Lodge overlooking Monument Valley. Visit the Hollywood Museum dedicated to the films made in Monument Valley. Return to Lake Powell. BL (Breakfast & Lunch)

Morning drive to Bryce Canyon. See the “Hoodoos,” fantastic red, orange and pink limestone spirals. This afternoon enjoy scenic stops at Bryce Point and Sunrise Point, overlooking the stunning Bryce Amphitheater. Next, to Bryce Valley for an overnight stay at rustic Bryce Valley Inn, which is located just outside the Park and has an overnight elevation of 6,200 feet (overnight elevations in Bryce Canyon Park are higher and up to 8,100 feet). Look for colorful sunsets which transform the nearby Escalante Mountains (Butch Cassidy country) into brilliant shades of red, orange and pink. B (Breakfast)

WINTER SPECIALS
SKIING IN THE FRENCH ALPS!!!

"In any season, the Alps are one of the most spectacular regions of France." In this picturesque scenery you can find some of the best skiing in the world. From the holidays to the end of March, experienced to novice skiers arrive in the Alps to enjoy the resorts. Whatever level of skier you are, there is a resort to fit your needs. Ski in the trails of Legends in Chamonix, or live it up in Courchevel with its multi-million dollar chalets. We have selected six different resorts to cater to whatever your clients are looking for.

Evian Royal Resort - Evian-les-Bain (Lake Geneva)
Well protected from the outside world, the Hotel Royal, or Hotel Ermitage, is the ultimate refuge for serenity, and to finally find yourself. It is also close to many ski well-known resorts in the French Alps. From Avoriaz, with its chalets covered in red cedar shingles, to the intimate Les Gets, nestled high in the French Alps, to Morzine-Avoriaz, a village that takes you back in time while offering all the modern creature comforts, the best of European skiing is only minutes away. This will be a trip that you will be telling everyone about.

Chamonix-Mont Blanc
Situated at 3,422 ft. at the junction of the French, Swiss, and Italian borders, Chamonix is considered the capital of Alpine skiing. People from all over the world flock here to experience the skiing on the slopes surrounding the town. With 10 different areas to choose from, there will be some run for every level of skier. The most famous, and challenging, run here is the Vallée Blanche. Over 12-miles long, you will go from the top of Mont Blanc (15,780 ft.) to the valley floor.

Courchevel 1850
This chic resort is located in Les Trois Vallées, also known as "the skiing super market of France." Courchevel is the center of the lift system for the entire region. The resort itself has 93 miles of ski runs, and the Trois Vallées has 375 miles of trails. The chalets are some of the most exclusive in the world. Luxury is everywhere, and with ski conditions to match, year-round, Courchevel should be savored.

Les Arcs
The resort is made up of 5 villages. The upper villages, Les Arcs 1800, 1950, & 2000, are in close proximity to the 124 miles of trails available, and offer many amenities after your day on the slopes. This is a great place for family skiing, with half of the resorts current 120 runs rated intermediate or lower. Les Arcs is located near La Plagne, and these two resorts are merging to become one of the biggest in the world. This, however, only means that there will be more trails to discover.

Les Deux-Alpes 3600
Located where the Northern and Southern Alps meet, on the doorstep of the Écrins national park, the Deux-Alpes resort offers a unique combination of slopes, and guaranteed year round snow for everyone, from beginners to experts. With 58 ski lifts and over 130 miles of trails, Les Deux-Alpes 3600 has the feeling of a modern resort similar to those in the US. Any time is a great time to head there.

Val d'Isère
This resort is for everyone. From the beginner to the serious skier, the runs here are designed for the skier to have fun. Even though the ski maps might not show expert trails, the thrill of venturing into the back country is what has been luring the top skiers from around here year after year. Situated in an open valley, this resort is not as crowded as Chamonix in the high season, and not as ritzy as Courchevel. It's the happy medium that so many skiers are looking for.

At first your guide will show you the harmless and elegant grey sting rays on a shallow sand bank. If willing you might have the chance to touch those graceful creatures with the assistance of your guide, as they swim in an effortless ballet in and around the swimmers.

The second stop will be more thrilling as your guide will attract some black tipped reef sharks with bait, at three to five feet in length, these sharks are quite harmless. If lucky the huge napoleon wrasse might even show up.

Before returning to the hotel jump in for a last swim in the majestic coral gardens, snorkel among a great variety of tropical fish and gorgeous coral formations in depths varying from 4 to 50 feet.
